I love sharing my knowledge about and enthusiasm for hospitality with others. I can speak on a broad range of topics including restaurant development, right-designing, and how to set your hospitality business up for long-term success.
I have appeared on numerous industry panels including at BisNow, Harvard Business School, NYU, and the Toklas Society. I have also guest lectured at the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE), been on guest on the All in the Industry podcast, and have participated at company off-sites as a panelist, speaker, and workshop facilitator.
